5 Stars isn’t enough for LGE. I sent a service request at 7 PM on a weekday evening and received a reply from Luke within 30 mins. After a short back and forth they committed to being there 36 hours later. And guess what? They were.
Matt arrived at the scheduled time and was the model of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, diligent, polite, and easy to communicate with. And he didn’t leave until all three problems were fixed. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.

Luke and his assistant were able to come out the day after I requested an appointment. They quickly figured out the problem we were having, which prior electricians hadn’t been able to recognize, and called the power company on our behalf to get it straightened out.

LGE was responsive and very helpful. I had a electric baseboard heater issue – two other electricians were not able to figure out telling me the base baseboard was broken and I needed a new one (purchased a new one and say the new one was also broken). LGE came out, figure out it was actually the thermostat within 15 mins of being on-site, fixed the issue. Tested the system, and cleaned up the whole area before they left. Would 1000% recommend anyone to use them. It’s so nice to have a go to electrician when you need them!

Luke & Mathew @ LGE Electric were nothing short of amazing especially Matthew. I had some electrical work done to a very old house which I love very much that had belonged to my parents who have both passed and they hadn’t done many renovations in the last 12 years due to their illness. The work that they preformed was not even close to being seamless and with each obstacle they encountered they both remained calm and professional and solved the issue. I will never consider using anyone else to do work in my new home and you should too. Thank you so much Luke & Matthew for making my upgrades much easier and much less stressful than they could have been perhaps with using another electrician. I am already thinking of new projects to have them come back.

LGE was able to send someone out same-day when we needed to wire up a range hood in a hurry. They were polite and knowledgeable on the phone, moved rapidly from phone to email & text, and sent out Matt to our place for the wiring. Matt turned out to be freaking awesome! He was really nice, did no more damage to the wall than absolutely needed in order to run a wire through a stud, and cleaned up super thoroughly. (I actually stopped him from vaccuuming as much as he wanted to, knowing that the next day would cover the place in sawdust anyway.) I am so grateful that I cold-called this company! LGE is the reason our rental is going to go into service on schedule.
